At Giant Canning Vale, we service and repair only Giant, Liv, Cadex, and Momentum bicycle brands. If you have a different brand, please visit us in-store for an inspection.

$149 Standard Bicycle Service

Recommended every 6-12 months
Allows for up to 90 minutes of customized servicing
Includes cleaning and lubricants
Parts are extra (we will text for approval)
Service duration: 1-3 days (pre-booking required)

Booking Information

Bookings are essential
Bikes can only be dropped off within 3 days of the booking date
Collection required within 5 days of completion
Service duration: 24-72 hours (you will receive a text when ready)

Workshop Services

Standard level services for our brands only
Replacement of chains, cassettes, brake pads, tyres, tubes, etc.
Disc brake bleeding (Shimano, SRAM, Tektro)
Wheel truing/spoke replacements (excluding motor hub wheels)
Firmware updates for Shimano Di2 and Giant/Liv E-bikes
All tubeless requirements
Accessory fitting (for approved products only)

Services Not Offered

Work on illegally modified bicycles
In-house wheel building
Suspension servicing
Major drivetrain degreasing

Pricing

Our workshop rate is $108 per hour, billed as follows:

1 hour = $108
30 minutes = $54
20 minutes = $36
15 minutes = $27
10 minutes = $18
