PRICE MATCHING INFORMATION
Giant Canning Vale & Osborne Park is a family owned and operated business that is independent to all other Giant branded stores and Giant dealers. First and foremost, we support customers who buy directly from our stores in Canning Vale or Osborne Park, as they will always be our No.1 priority.

All Price Matched items must be collected in-store:
If you see a bike or any other item we sell at a cheaper price online and you live closer to our store and want to collect it, simply contact us with the details. Due to time constraints and extra costs associated with shipping, we currently do not offer price matching on items that need to be posted. In some cases if stock supply is limited we may not be able to price match an item, however we will get as close as possible.

Conditions on price matching bicycles:

• Must be an advertised price on an "in-stock" bicycle from an authorised Giant dealer within 50km of our stores (Giant dealers can not pack and ship bikes without voiding your warranty and breaching their dealer agreement)
• Must be the exact year model and is available in the specific colour/size you need (if the business can't supply you at their amazing price, it's not amazing), please contact us to assist working out your sizing if your unsure
• We still reserve the right to decline a price match request if stock is in limited supply

Conditions on price matching gear items:

• Must be an advertised price on an "in-stock" item from an authorised dealer of the item and the business is owned and operated in Australia
• Must be the exact brand/model and is available in the specific colour/size you need (if the business can't supply you at their amazing price, it's not amazing)
• We still reserve the right to decline a price match request if stock is in limited supply

We definitely want to help you aquired it and save you the hassle of ordering online or driving a long way to our competitors, so let us know what you're chasing. If it is something we can source for you, we'll even try to price match it too as per our conditions above.
