Shipping Information & Cost
All orders are checked and dispatched from our Giant Canning Vale store. We post Australia-wide on most items except for bicycles or bulky items can only ordered by click and collect only.
Standard Post = $15
Express Post = $25
Delivery partners and tracking
All orders are delivered using Australia Post and can be tracked through their website. We will provide this tracking number to you when your order is dispatched.
Same-day dispatch
We endeavor to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours. On occasion and due to high demand this may increase, rest assured we are working hard to get your orders out and in these times we ask for your patience.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched from the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
We do not have control over freight services. Once your items are handed over to the shipping company, we cannot be held liable for any extended delays. Please be aware that public holidays, floods, strikes, storms, and road closures may further disrupt freight, potentially leading to longer delivery times under these circumstances.
Bicycle Orders
Bicycles can only be ordered via Click and Collect. This ensures we can get you set up on your new bike and run you through all the features to ensure you have years of cycling enjoyment!
