Change of mind

We'll happily exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they're unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase required (receipt, order confirmation, or card statement)
  • Original packaging and any included accessories must be included
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Not eligible for change-of-mind return: ridden or fitted bicycles, cut or installed cabling and hoses, opened nutrition and hygiene products, and custom or special-order parts.

Bicycles

New bikes may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if unridden, with pedals, tags, and protective packaging still in place. Once a bike has left the store assembled and ridden, it's covered by warranty rather than change-of-mind return — this is a safety and hygiene standard across the industry, not just ours.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to full assembly and setup already carried out on a returned bike.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item has a major fault, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for its intended purpose — regardless of the 30-day window above. Minor faults may be repaired within a reasonable time.

This applies to bicycles, components, and accessories alike. Bring the item in with proof of purchase and we'll assess it on the spot or send it to the relevant brand for warranty review.

Online orders & shipping costs

Online orders can be returned to Giant Canning Vale in person, or posted back to us. For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and original delivery charges on the order are non-refundable — this is standard practice and consistent with the Australian Consumer Law, which doesn't require a retailer to cover return freight or refund delivery fees when a customer simply changes their mind.

We recommend using a tracked service for change-of-mind returns, as we aren't responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

Faulty items are different: if gear is genuinely faulty, we cover reasonable shipping both ways — getting it back to us, and sending your replacement or repaired item back out — in line with our ACL obligations. Pay postage upfront to return it, and we'll reimburse that cost once the fault is confirmed.

Bikes are sold and fitted in-store only and aren't shipped, so this section covers gear and accessories.

The PRO Stealth 3D Team Saddle is a Stealth-shaped saddle with 3D printed padding and three distinct density zones. Having been developed with pressure mapping data from bike fitments and test rider feedback, the saddle offers a high-density front third, a lower-density middle, and a low-density rear to provide PRO’s most comfortable ride yet.

Pressure mapping tests show that riders utilise different parts of the saddle at different times, and test rider feedback shows that they prefer different densities to provide more comfort in each position. That is why the PRO Stealth 3D Team Saddle has 3D-printed padding to better suit your needs.

Getting the right saddle for you is essential to help you enjoy your riding and perform at your best. The PRO Stealth 3D Team Saddle features a carbon-reinforced base, set on carbon rails, and 3D-printed padding. Pressure mapping during bike fitments and test rider feedback helped the PRO product development team create a saddle with a firmer front third, a less-firm middle, and a soft rear. The dense padding on the nose of the PRO Stealth 3D Team Saddle ensures comfort when you are bent forward in an aggressive aerodynamic position. This, along with the broad anatomic fit cut-out, removes pressure from your soft tissue between your sit bones. The lower density mid-section is designed to spread the load effectively across your sit bones, preventing hot spots. The low-density honeycomb padding at the rear of the saddle helps reduce the overall saddle weight and provides support for the moments when you are upright on the saddle. The 3D-printed padding is also more effective than traditional EVA padding at absorbing road buzz, while the dimpled texture helps lock you in place on the saddle during all-out efforts.

Utilizing 3D-printed padding to create three density zones to optimize rider comfort, it is intended for competitive road cyclists. The dense front third of the saddle provides optimal support and helps remove pressure from sensitive soft tissue. The lower-density mid-section spreads the rider’s weight across a larger section of the sit bones. The low-density rear section helps reduce the overall saddle weight. It also features the performance-proven Stealth shape, which encourages an aggressive aerodynamic position on the bike, including the anatomic fit cut-out and triple bridge design, which helps the carbon-reinforced base maintain its stiffness.

Available in 142- and 152-millimeter widths, the narrower version of the PRO Stealth 3D Team Saddle weighs 224 grams.
